Unifying Representation of Bézier Curve and Wang-Ball Curve

In order to extend representation of free form curve and surface,this paper presents one family of new curves which is unified representation Bézier and Wang-Ball curves are its special cases.This paper also presents the relative degree elevation scheme,recursive algorithm and explicit conversion formulas to Bernstein polynomial.
