A Wavelet Algorithm for Authorized Exploitation of Remote Sensing Image

In this paper,we illuminated that general image hiding algorithms do not adapt to remote sensing image,and therefore,we extend the connotation of information hiding and proposed a wavelet algorithm for authorized exploitation of remote sensing image based on image fusion.The algorithm proposed in the paper can hide the secrets in a remote sensing image to various degrees according to users'authorizations at various level.Therefore,is in practice blind information hiding algorithm adaptable to characters of a remote sensing image based on HVS character.
