PRODUCT DATA MANAGEMENT SUPPORTING CONCURRENT DESIGN

Product data management is a new management technology for engineering data which is developed on database and distributed computing and network communication．It is a concurrent design framework for managing and controlling all information about the product．This paper investigates the open architecture of product data management system YC-Bridge which supports concurrent design of large-scale electronic system and device．It also introduces the main functions and implementation methods of YC-Bridge．
