Abstract
Through the integrated applications of design of experiments,response surface model method and Monte Carlo simulation technique,the paper addresses a 6σ-based probabilistic design optimization method.The method not only realizes the optimization of the crashworthiness of automobile components, but also improves the reliability of the design parameters.Case study indicates this method has higher precision and practicability.
