  • The boundary processing is the difficult problem in the algorithm of octreebased three dimensional finite element meshing．One of the boundary processing method：element extraction algorithm is presented in this paper．By the introduction of element shape test operator，the shape quality of tetrahedral element is improved，and the thin tetrahedra are avoided in certain extent．
