Rule-Driven Road Networks and Building Layout Modeling for Virtual City

Grammar rule-driven algorithm is a typical method to implement automatic modeling procedure for virtual city.The road network pattern from sample data was obtained by statistical model.Road networks generation driven by sample improves the limitation of predefined patterns.Integration of the urban planning theory to achieve building layout satisfies the scientific rationality of urban landscape.Experiments show the modeling approach is effective and convenient.
