Expert System Building Tool Capable to Deal with Uncertain Knowledge

An expert system building tool——RESTOOL developed in Visual C＋＋ and having the capability of dealing with uncertain knowledge is introduced.Based on certainty theory, RESTOOL organizes its knowledge base and realizes its uncertain inference engine.Its novel ‘And/Or tree’ accurately shows the history of reasoning procedure.A general running example is given.
