USER INTERFACE GENERATION AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON X-WINDOW

This paper presents the principle, implementation, function and features of a general graphical user interface generation and management system based on UNIX OS and X - WINDOW system. This system can be used for all kinds of application systems to generate user interface and interactive mode. The user interface is so rich in multilayer prompt, error detection, and function recovery that it can meet the requirements from all kinds of users.
