Concrete Reinforcement Quantity Survey System Based on Graphics Understanding

The design principle and realization of computer-aided concrete reinforcement quantity survey software named VHStation is presented.It automatically searches the information such as steel bar lines，dimensions and layout of the architecture from drawings.Then it counts， checks and calculates the quantity of reinforcement.VHStation relies on the professional surveyors’ knowledge，adopts the technique of graphics understanding，applies architectural semantic analysis，eventually deletes the manual counting operations and generates accurate result with high efficiency.
