Research and Development of Virtual Design Platform for Mechanism Planning

Taking the mechanism design of offset printing machine as an example，we put forward an integrated system structure of virtual design platform for mechanism planning．Conceptual design starts from functional decomposition．Then the conceptual model is mapped into assembly model through the matching of assembly template．Finally，the analysis and evaluation processes of resulting mechanism are discussed．
