Study of Virtual Prototyping Tool for Simulating Manufacturing Systems

Manufacturing system is analyzed and the corresponding modeling formalism based on directed graph for simulating the manufacturing systems is presented.A framework of virtual simulation system along with the prototyping tool is developed for simulating manufacturing process,the modular architecture and main functional modules of the platform are introduced.
