Product Principle Structure Design Model

Principle schematic design is an important phase of product development after function definition and before structure layout．Based on analyzing the proposed product working principle and characteristics of functional surfaces pertaining to the product components，principle components and functional connectors among them are worked out．Based on these approaches the product principle structure model using object oriented paradigm is established，thus providing a method of mapping the functional requirements of product design to its structure layout．
