Study of Database Management Techniques Adaptive to CSCW Environment

CSCW system support groups to complete a task cooperatively.It is tedious to develop CSCW system in RDBMS because of its shortcomings.After analyzing the features of DBMS supporting CSCW system,the paper provides an extended database management system combining RDBMS and file system： ERDBMS.Data Management Component,which is a kernel part of ERDBMS has been implemented,it can be used to develop CSCW system easily and quickly.
