Design and Synthesis of A Fully Differential High Speed CMOS Operational Transconductance Amplifier

  • A fully differential high speed CMOS operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) is presented.This OTA contains a folded-cascode input stage and a common-source output gain stage.And it uses cascode compensation technique.After analyzing performance of the OTA,an optimization program that adopts simplex method is designed.It can design an amplifier meeting the requirements rapidly.Lastly,an example is presented.
