Study of Free-Form Surface Non-Contact Measurement子Path Planning and Related Algorithms

Hardware components and working principles of the developed free-form surface non-contact measurement system are introduced. Algorithms such as adaptive allocation of measurement points for a given CAD model of free-form surface, measurement path planning and measured points data processing for creating CAD model of new free-form surface are studied. Effectiveness of the algorithms are proved by the results of computer simulation and experiments.
