THE STUDY OF THE INTEGRATION OF CAPITAL FLOW MANAGE-MENT AND MATERIAL FLOW MANAGEMENT IN MRPII

In this paper，we analyze the relationship of capital flow and material flow in the production process and the importance of the closed loop control of the capital flow in enterprise management．The balances of capital flow and material flow are main objectives which enterprises are pursuing．Based on analysis of the basic functions in MRPII，we explore a method to integrate the capital flow with MRPII system in order to control the capital flow and material flow roundly in enterprises．A prototype system has been developed．
