Design and Realization of Customized Shoe Last CAD System

Triangle mesh of foot model is constructed with up to 50 characteristic points precisely identified from the laser scanned foot point data set.Key parameters taken from the foot-mesh model are converted into the corresponding shoe last parameters based on the empirical rules of key sizes mapping. By using this system,users can produce customized shoes to satisfy all kinds of special requirements.
