AN ARCHITECTURE OF DESIGN PROCESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR CONCURRENT ENGINEERING

An architecture of design process management system for concurrent engineering is presented．It is based on the computer supported cooperative work environment．The different management work exist in the processing activities of different design，for instance，product process specification，technological equipment，NC code and so on．So that the concepts of the design process template and the trigger event is introduced for defining the unforeseeable management work in the design processes．
