  • Hanchek F et al.proposed techniques utilizing the principle of node-covering to tolerate cell faults in SRAM-Based FPGAs.A routing discipline is developed that allows each cell to cover——to be able to replace——its neighbor in a row ,but some segment overhead in the method are redundant.This paper proposes an improved method which can guarantee no redundant segment overhead in the fault-tolerant routing.
