Fair Algorithm of Goal-Driven Time Limit Modification For A Project

Shortcomings of current project management system on time limit modification are analyzed. Two terms, namely the sum of remaining routes way and weight proportion are introduced to illustrate how to realize the goal-driven adjustment of time limit for a project. Semantics of fairness is given and correctness of the algorithm is proven. An algorithm for modifying the project schedule is put forward and tested by an example. Some problems under research are discussed.
