Research on Virtual Cooperation Ability and Supplier Management

The component and supplier management technology is a new step forward to further reduce the design cost and accelerate the product to market since the development of PDM, ERP/MRP technology.This paper extends the content and functions of CSM,and proposes a new conception of Virtual Cooperation Ability and Supplier Management.The key techniques and implementation of VCSM in agile virtual enterprise and other enterprises with somewhat agility are discussed.
