Pseudo Element Removing in 3D Reconstruction from 2D Orthographic Views

  • Dotted lines in 2D views may give rise to pseudo edges and faces in 3D reconstruction. Some rules are presented to recognise pseudo elements in the early stage. For a completely visible face, once the construction of its boundaries of outer loop and inner loops are completed, all the dotted lines remained inside the face should be deleted. The algorithm can raise the efficiency of 3D reconstruction.
