Computer Aided Design Applied in Hypoid Gear Numericalized Manufacturing

Computer graphics simulation and tooth contact analysis of general fitting tooth surface are presented. By using these algorithms, trial cutting can be eliminated and relying on experience in adjusting cutting parameters can be lessened, thus shortening the period of product design.
