Abstract

This paper introduces briefly the basic functions of PLA design tools in NPU VLSI CAD System, developed by the Asic Research Laboratory of Northwestern Polytechnical University. Then, it presents the implementation of optimal PLA and basic principle of optimal PLA layout.
