Research on Atmospheric Degradation of Terrain Photo and Its Image Restoration

There are different atmospheric degradation levels among different parts of a terrain photo．Also terrain photos taken at different moment show different atmospheric characters．Such kind of atmospheric degradation influence blocks the further image analysis and understanding．This paper explores the influence that atmospheric degradation exerts on the illumination and brings forward a transport theory based HSV model that expresses the change of value，saturation and hue ．We adopt them to process the picture of nature terrain and the restoration result is satisfying．
