Color Extraction and Matching for Image Retrieval

This paper discusses two problems.The first:color indexing through color constant.Results of tests on synthetic and real images show that the algorithm works well even when the illumination varies spatially in its intensity and color.The second:Distance Method.It can produce correct results even when there exists noise in image.
