Clock Skew Scheduling with Tolerance of Process Variations

Abstract
This paper presents an effective approach for clock skew scheduling that can reduce the center error square and assign slacks incrementally.Given clock period and weights of the delay of combinatorial circuit in the constraints,this method distributes slack values according to their delay variation mean value. Experimental results show that our incremental slack distribution algorithm has the optimal clock skew scheduling result with more safe margin and has more robust tolerant to process variations.
