The3D U system moment is defined and is used for3D model retrieval.As a kind of complete orthogonal polynomial system,U system has many good properties such as orthogonality and convergence. According to U system theory,the fast calculation of U1system moments is established.Extensive experiments show that the U system moment is of higher discriminating power.
