The LSIS-Ⅱ System Based on the Standard Cell With BBL Cell and Its Realization

Several major design models are summarized in this paper and the necessity of standard cell with BBL cell is discussed. On the basis of the original LSIS-II system, a simple and effective method of standard cell with BBL cell is proposed in this pa per.The method is proved to be feasible by our experiments. The satisfactory design precision and processing efficiency has been achieved. Therefore the adaptable ability of the system is enhanced further in practical application.
