Low Power Implementation Model for Partitioned FSMs

Abstract
With the introduction of mapping states,the state assignment algorithms for monolithic Finite State Machines (FSMs) can be directly applied to the partitioned FSMs. A universal physical model is presented to implement partitioned FSMs.The model is tested on 13MCNC benchmarks.The experimental results show that the proposed model is superior in terms of power dissipation and area compared to the published results.
