A Quantified Method for Constraint Resolution in Collaborative Design

Based on analyzing constraint conflict,a quantified strategy for solving constraint problem is presented.Quantified degree of constraint satisfaction and conflict are introduced to rank the priority of constraint solving；the amount of change of constraints and the corresponding relationship functions are also given to establish concrete objective and implementation method for constraint solving.By using quantified strategy,an ordered approach to solve constraints can be got and the downstream constraint problems will be considered in the early phase of upstream design.An example is given with stochastic simulation technology to illustrate the solution process.
