An Image Matching Approach Based on the Invariant Feature of Image Histogram

When the brightness and contrast change，the basic shape of histogram usually keeps unchanged．In view of this，we propose a matching algorithm based on the invariant feature of image histogram．Experiment results show that the algorithm improves robustness of matching and reduces processing time．
