STUDY ON CAD 3D MODELING FOR TRADIONAL CHINESE GARDEN

  • In this paper, the authors deal with the approches and procedures in order to establish a modeling function library. This library is used as a core project using hierarchical and parametrical modeling methods. By means of this library, the garden scenery component surface models of various kinds and at various levels can be generated. A kind of Fractal approaches are adopted to form the modeling functions. The Fractal approach can generate non-architectural garden scenery components such as plants and rocks.
