Abstract
This paper presents a concept of single transition sensitization based on waveform sensitization to measure the propagation delay along a path.The characteristic of single transition sensitization is analyzed.And the experimental results of single transition sensitization are obtained by using the DTGWTP7 system.The single transition on the output of a target path can be helpful to delay fault diagnosis.The experimental results show that the fault coverage of single transition sensitization is much higher than that of single path sensitization.Therefore,using single transition sensitization can provide more information for delay fault diagnosis.
