A Quadrangular Mesh Generation Algorithm of Unclosed Curved Surface Based on Cloud Data

  • Mesh partition begins from the initial quadrilateral mesh in cloud data model,and adopts methods of dynamic edge extending to partition meshes directly based on 3D data.Collision detecting,optimization of vertex,edge processing,and integrated optimization of meshes were realized in the mesh partition.Examples are presented,which showed that the quality of meshes is good and the process is fast.
