注塑模具CAE前后处理系统的设计与实现

THE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PRE-POST PROCESSING SYSTEM FOR CAE IN INJECTION MOLD

  • 摘要: 本文详细分析了塑料模具计算机辅助工程(CAE)前、后处理系统的功能及特点,针对有限元和边界元方法解决塑料模具设计仿真分析的特点,设计并实现了塑料模具CAE前、后处理系统。该系统不仅能很好满足注塑模具CAE的需求,而且具有通用性,建立、修改模型高效简单,可应用于其它领域CAE系统的前、后处理系统。

     

    Abstract: In this paper the functions and characteristics of pre-processing and postprocessing system for computer-aided engineering (CAE) of plastic mold is discussed in detail. A system is realized according to the finite element and boundary element approaches.This pre-processing and post-processing system not only satisfies the requirements in plastic mold CAE but also has general purpose.It can create or modify model easily and can be used in other applications which use pre-processing and post-processing in CAE system.
