Abstract: In this paper,we illuminated that general image hiding algorithms do not adapt to remote sensing image,and therefore,we extend the connotation of information hiding and proposed a wavelet algorithm for authorized exploitation of remote sensing image based on image fusion.The algorithm proposed in the paper can hide the secrets in a remote sensing image to various degrees according to users'authorizations at various level.Therefore,is in practice blind information hiding algorithm adaptable to characters of a remote sensing image based on HVS character.
