Abstract: A virtual prototype modeling and testing platform of motorcycle is created with UG and ADAMS software.By comparing with two-channel road simulator of MTS Systems Corporation,the testing model is repetitively refined to fairly high precision.The iterative driving signal of road simulator or typical spectrum of different roads is imported into the virtual test platform,the comfort and life simulation tests of motorcycle can be undertaken to replace road simulator with greatly reduced cost.
