CAPP中工艺规程主干生成的约束匹配算法

Constraint Matching Algorithm for Generating Main Sequences of Process Plan in CAPP

  • 摘要: 工艺决策是CAPP系统开发的关键.文中提出了一种新的工艺规程主干生成的约束匹配算法.该算法将工艺决策任务分解为特征加工链生成、工序排序和工步排序三个相对独立的子任务.每个子任务只解决一个主要问题而与其它因素无关,并分别采取了不同的子任务求解策略,有效地缩小了排序规模,极大地降低了算法复杂度.该算法的关键技术在RJ-CAPP系统中得到实现.

     

    Abstract: Process decision is the key point to the development of CAPP system. We divided the process decision into three separate sub-tasks: Generation of feature machining chain; process operations sequencing; and process steps sequencing. Each sub-task focuses on resolving only a main problem and neglects other secondary factors. Further more, different strategy adaptive to each kind of sub-task is worked out individually, thus effectively reducing the scale of process sequencing and complexity of the sequencing algorithm. Key techniques of solution are implemented in a RJ-CAPP system.
