摘要: 深亚微米时代芯片互连对芯片性能的影响加剧,对物理设计方法、工具与算法的集成提出了新的要求.在对XML技术进行分析的基础上,提出基于可扩展物理设计数据标记语言的集成方法.借助结构化和面向对象分析技术,对物理设计阶段的信息进行整理分析,设计了一种易于扩展的基于对象的结构化数据模型和物理设计数据可扩展标记语言PhyD-XML,并给出语言的实现结构和集成构架.Abstract: In UDSM era, the intensified influence of interconnection to chip performance and signal reliability sets new demands for the integrated approach of physical design and developing new EDA tools. An integrated solution based on the extensible physical design data markup language PhyD-XML is proposed. The data model is constructed according to the data flow in physical design process through object-oriented structure analysis. The structure of the language and integration architecture are presented in detail. Interface is accommodated to transfer data from the third party software, such as Verilog, Cadence.
