摘要: 曲面间最小距离的求解,广泛用于复杂曲面零件数控加工的刀具半径选择和干涉处理中.利用遗传算法求解两自由曲面的最小距离,并对标准的遗传算法作了改进,采用竞赛法产生被复制的个体.并且,在新一代群体中加入两个特殊的个体,使得群体始终充满多样性,使算法在较小的种群数目下,能以较快的速度逼近全局最优值.经验证,该方法能求得两曲面间的全局最小距离,且相对于标准的遗传算法,算法的收敛速度及可靠性明显提高.Abstract: The minimum distance between two free-form surfaces is widely used in selecting the cutter diameter and detecting interference during NC machining of complex part. A "contest" procedure is adopted to select the units to be copied, while two special units are reserved in new population, thus the diversified variety of colony is always kept, this makes it possible to approach the global optimal value rapidly with less number of units. The implement shows that the minimum distance between two surfaces can be obtained more quickly and reliably in comparison with the Standard Genetic Algorithm.
