车削加工屑型建模与仿真技术研究

Chip Formation Model of Turning Process and Its Simulation

  • 摘要: 提出切屑横向卷曲量化方法并建立数理模型,可实现切屑三维几何造型.根据金属切削加工切屑形成机理及变形规律,建立屑型判别式;利用特征造型技术实现各类切屑特征造型;可动态模拟金属实际切削过程中切屑流的形成、卷曲及折断过程,为切屑仿真提供图形可视化支持.

     

    Abstract: The chip model with horizontal curling is presented. Based on the law of chip formation and distortion, the distinguishing characteristics of the chip shape are developed. The methods presented above can dynamically simulate the process of chip generation, curling and breaking, giving visualization tools for turning process simulation.
