基于招投标/仲裁机制的多Agent智能工艺设计系统

Research on Technology of Multi-Agent Intelligent Process Planning Based on Bid/Mediator Mechanism

  • 摘要: 针对采用专家系统技术的智能工艺设计系统的缺陷,从工艺设计和生产规划与控制相集成的角度出发,在深入研究工艺设计内在属性的基础上,提出一个基于工艺设计过程进行分解和基于加工性质的不同进行模块化划分的工艺设计模型,设计了一个多Agent智能工艺设计系统.系统中各相应Agent之间的合作采用招投标和仲裁机制实现,并通过构造可嵌套的Agent联邦结构,增强了系统的柔性和可扩展性.

     

    Abstract: Nowadays, a number of intelligent process planning systems based on the technology of expert system cannot be effectively applied to industrial enterprises in practice because of lacking of flexibility, efficiency, scalability and integrating with PPC (Production Planning and Control) effectively. To overcome these weaknesses, a framework of applying software agent to intelligent process planning system is described in this paper. A prototype system – AIPPS (Agent-Based Intelligent Process Planning System) were developed. The involved agents are defined, and their roles in the architecture and the knowledge that each agent would need are described. In addition, the system architecture, cooperative mechanism, and the structure of the agents are discussed in this paper.
