面向制造系统的有向图仿真建模方法研究

Study of the Modeling Formalism Based on Directed Graph for Simulating Manufacturing Systems

  • 摘要: 通过对制造系统虚拟仿真的需求进行分析,提出将"面向对象的分析方法、三维几何模型和仿真机制"统一起来的有向图仿真建模机制,详细讨论了虚拟仿真建模中涉及到的面向对象建模、图形化建模、运动建模和层次化建模等技术.

     

    Abstract: The requirements for simulating manufacturing system are analyzed and the corresponding modeling formalism is presented,which uses jointly the approaches of object-oriented analysis,3d geometry,and simulation techniques.The model is represented by a 3D directed graph with the physical equipments constituting the nodes and the flow of workpieces forming the directed arcs among nodes.Four types of modeling components are constructed to materialize and operate the simulation model,namely object relations,behavior and finite-state machine,hierarchical structure,and 3D graphics.An integrated virtual simulation platform InteVSS has been implemented to rapidly modeling the manufacturing system.
