基于仿真数据的数控铣削加工多目标变参数优化

Multi-Objective and Varying Parameter Optimization of Machining Parameters Based on NC Simulation Data

  • 摘要: 针对加工过程中切削用量变化较大的复杂零件铣削加工工艺参数优化问题,提出了基于仿真数据的数控铣削加工多目标变参数优化方法 通过引入时段组合的概念,将连续问题转化成离散问题,将变参数优化问题转化成多参数优化问题,建立了相应的数学模型;然后根据优化目标函数以及设计参数的性质,将多参数优化问题分解成若干独立的子问题,以简化问题的求解;同时给出了优化实例.

     

    Abstract: The presented optimization strategy is intended to be applied to the machining process of complicated workpiece where cutting depth and width may be varied remarkably. By subdividing the whole duration into time spans with comparatively stable machining parameters, the continuous varying parameter optimization problem is transformed to discrete multi-parameter optimization problem and the corresponding model is constructed. Then the multi-parameter optimization problem is rapidly solved by decomposing it to many sub-problems. Finally the results are verified with an example.
