Abstract: Computerized design enviroment is very common for engineers in the modern society.With the developments of CAD and AI technology,we can now own an Intelligent Interactive Integrated Product Design Enviroment(IIIPDE).By analyzing in detail the activites and information processing methods in whole process of product design,this paper proposes the general architecture of IIIPDE.IIIPDE has strong suitability.It is also suitable for cooperative design in distributed system.Key techniques and main problems in IIIPDE are discussed.
