解析曲面与自由曲面混合模型的约束优化重建方法

Reconstruction of Hybrid Models Composed of Analytic and Free-form Surfaces by Using Constrained Optimization Method

  • 摘要: 首先阐述了平面、球面、柱面、锥面、B样条曲面的表达方式和相应的点到曲面的距离函数;然后给出了解析曲面与自由曲面保持连续性所需满足的约束方程;带约束的拟合问题通过惩罚函数方法来求解.实例表明:该方法可以应用于工业零件的反求设计中.

     

    Abstract: Firstly the representations of plane,sphere,cylinder,and cone surfaces are described,as well as the distance metrics of points to these surfaces.Then,the constraint equations to ensure the continuity between analytic surfaces and freeform surfaces are presented.Finally,the constrained fitting problem is solved by the penalty function method.Examples are given to illustrate applications of the proposed method in reverse design of industrial parts.
