Abstract: This paper introduces design and implementation of the system of Computer Aided Designing Turbine's Sliding Bearing (CADTSB for short), which is an Intelligent CAD system. The developing techniques of the ICAD system in the integrated programming environment of expert system, numerical calculation, database, and graphic system are discussed.
