基于光电多芯片组件结构的物理布局算法

Physical Layout Algorithms for Free Space Optical Interconnection OE-MCM

摘要: 基于采用自由空间光互连的光电多芯片组件结构，依据其中所采用光学器件的物理性能的约束条件，对可以采用的不同物理布局算法进行了研究.在此基础上,提出一种新的互连布局算法，并对采用该算法进行计算机模拟的结果进行了讨论.

Abstract: Based on analyzing the performances of several different layout algorithms for free space optical interconnection, we propose a new kind of interconnection layout algorithm. Results of computer simulation with our layout algorithms are discussed.
