Abstract: Great interests have been expressed in Multi-Agents Systems (MAS). A Multi-Agents System is a computing system which consists of many autonomous agents, where these agents cooperate together to solve problems which is not easy for traditional single agent system to solve, for example, a complicate CAPP system. In this paper, we present a MAS-based CAPP system, called as DES-CAPP. We build several intelligent agents based on different planning knowledge, and complete the procedure of process planning through the cooperations among these agents.
